Since 1995 I have dealed with art and praxis of tchaj-ťi actively as disciple of master Tomasz Nowakowski and Dr. Ming Wong in Centre of Taoist Arts Golden Hill (www.zlatykopec.org). Since 2008 work as instructor.
I´m leading periodically the lessons for public – beginners and advanced adults – in gym of Nursery school Sokolovská 182 Prague 8 every Thursday 18:00-19:30 (metro Palmovka – line B).
Since 2005 I have realized author project – building up of graphomotorics – exercises and painting with usage of tchaj-ťi – for pre-school children in Nursery school Sokolovská Prague 8 (www.mssokolovska.cz). Since 2010 also in Private nursery school Pidimidi Prague 5 (www.pidimidi.cz).

In 2009 from experiences with tchaj-ťi I wrote and published book Writing as a wilful mark of motion – exercising and painting with usage of tchaj-ťi for building up of graphomotorics of pre-school children.
I´m leading same-named classes accredited by MŠMT ČR in DYS centre Prague. This centre also published my book. (www.dyscentrum.org)
Private lessons:
Fee for one person 500 Kč per hour
Fee for group (2-5 persons) 1000 Kč per hour.
